Serco is failing Sandwell. From litter-strewn streets to missed bin collections, the Labour Council is failing to hold Serco to account. So, we're all getting a shoddy service whilst paying our full Council Tax.
With weeks of strike action with no end in sight, the service they provide us is only continuing to deteriorate.
